General information on any City property is available at no charge through this service. Detailed tax information is available for a fee of $15.
Free service
Using this service, you can obtain building age, size, parcel size, land use, tax classification, subdivision and the property assessment for any property within the City.
$15 service
In addition to the free information, you can also obtain the total outstanding taxes, and the total tax levied, local improvement charges.
This is not a legally recognized service, and you should not use the information for any real estate transaction. If you need a legal property tax document, please request and official certificate by using the Property Tax Certificate Service available here.
To use the service
1. Select the free information or the $15 service.
2. Search using the civic address, legal description or roll number. Once the property is selected the property information will appear. If you are using the $15 service you can simply add the property to a list and all the property tax information will be emailed to you
Payment for the $15 service
If you have an account with the City’s Tax Department, you can charge the fee to your Muniportal account. Or, you can pay using a credit card. Please print the receipts for your records.
