Property taxes cannot be precisely determined until City Council sets a tax mill rate early in the year. However, it is possible to estimate property taxes for a house or property by using its assessed value.
To use this “estimator”, all you need is a property value for a house or property. The estimator uses that value to estimate the property tax payable.
