The Parking Ticket Service allows you to pay most City of Grande Prairie parking tickets online.
Please note that it may take up to two business days for tickets to be entered into the computer system. For example, a ticket issued on Monday may not be viewed here (or paid here) until Thursday.
To use this service
Search for your City of Grande Prairie parking ticket by using the ticket number or your car’s license plate number. (Remember: your ticket may not be paid here until two business days after it was issued.)
Once you locate your ticket, add it to your shopping cart and pay for it through the secure muniportal.ca check-out process. You will be issued an official receipt and a receipt number after your transaction is successfully processed. Please keep this receipt for your records.
Limitations of this service
This service is provided as a convenience to help you pay most (but not all) City of Grande Prairie tickets. Some official tickets may not be available for on-line payment for various reasons. And while parking tickets issued by private parking companies may be paid here, it often takes longer than two business days before they are entered into the computer system.
Remember: you are responsible for paying your parking ticket, even if you cannot view your ticket through this online service. In such cases, use one of the many other payment options available to you:
- in the night deposit located at City Hall (10205 - 98 Street, Grande Prairie),
- during business hours, in person at City Hall or at the RCMP building (10202 – 98 Street),
- during business hours by phone (780.830.5790) using a credit card,

If you cannot find your City of Grande Prairie ticket online
If your ticket is not available for payment through this online service after 2 business days have elapsed since your ticket was issued, please pay the ticket using one of the other methods listed above.
