City Council usually meets every second Monday at 7 pm.
If the meeting is in progress, you can watch it live; otherwise, select one of the dates shown to view a pre-recorded (taped) broadcast. Video recordings will be available here on the Tuesday following the meeting.
We recommend a high-speed Internet connection. While you can watch using a dial-up phone connection, it will not be very satisfactory, and the computer may also “drop” parts of the video.
You will need Internet Explorer, version 5.5 or higher, or Netscape 6.2 or higher. We recommend Internet Explorer.
What is a Webcast?
A webcast is a live or recorded TV program shown over the internet. We broadcast each Council meeting live, as it happens; we also tape it for later viewing. Using your high-speeed internet connection and Windows Media Player, you can view the meetings live from the comfort of your own home.
